About Johan (Hari Nam Anand)
Johan (43) was born to Afrikaans parents in the South African countryside, he graduated with a Diploma in Fine Art from the Durban University of Technology in 1993.
He worked in fashion and photography for a number of years in London and studied and lived in the ashram of a Himalayan Master for 6 years in India, where he also studied and qualified in Ayurvedic massage. He is also a Reiki Master.
His spiritual name, Hari Nam was given to him by Yogi Bhadjan, it is one of the names of God as the active creator. Anand was given to him by Ma Anand Leandra during his Tantra Sacred Massage training. Thus his name means Active Creator of Bliss.
He has been interested in Tantra for some time, met and worked with Leandra in 2010 and begun intensive Tantra Sacred Massage training with her in January 2012. He has choosen Cape Town to be the place where he finally settles after many years of traveling.
His sexual orientation is gay but he will be working with both men and women.
Leandra says of Johan: "He is a such a gentle soul, has such a spiritual approach to life and I do believe he will make a magnificant practitioner. It is a joy to train him."

Johan will be working all mornings and Sundays full days only. Later on he will be able to offer afternoon and evening sessions as well. We will post the info on the website.
