On tantric awakening
A tantric awakening means gaining mastery of the emotions. All negative emotion, when projected toward others, is like a spinning wheel. It does nothing to address the source of the issue, and it hurts only us. We must always look within.
A tantric awakening means taking responsibility for all emotions and choices. Conscious choice is the surest way to have no regret. Our society has adopted the bad habit of blame and victimization. We want someone or something to come and save us from ourselves. But being a victim inevitably makes us feel terrible, because we know, deep down, that we are more than this. We really want to create our own destinies. The time for nursing our wounds is over. It is time to take rightful ownership of our full power.
A tantric awakening means gaining the courage to know what we really want and then to act on that desire. We will discover internal agendas that do not serve our highest good.
The key is to become conscious of these agendas and instead surrender to the soul's desire. We are much more than our negative emotions, our personal lies, the petty games we play. We are much more than our judging and self-condemning minds would have us believe. Heart strength means knowing, with quiet confidence, that we are purevinity. We are talented, beautiful, and unique children of God
