I've updated the More On Tantra page with two articles by Nils Kreidner on Yoga and Tantra. The articles, The Philosophy of Yoga and Tantra and The History of Yoga and Tantra, give you a good idea of the similarities as well as the differences between Yoga and Tantra (which is also a yoga) as well as the historical development of both.
Nils was in South Africa last year giving tantric massages and facilitating the Tantric Fire Couple's Retreats with me. He will be back again later this year and together with Sophie Winkler and myself is facilitating a 21 day International Tantra Teacher's Training in the Northern Drakensberg in December/January.
